Job responsibilities:

  • Installation of ventilated facade system elements
  • Installation of metal roof and facade elements
  • Preparing materials for installation at the construction site

Candidate requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in the installation of construction elements
  • Experience working at height, operating elevated work platforms
  • Technical education at the secondary level
  • Teamwork skills and readiness for challenges

Construction Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading the installation process on construction sites
  • Planning workflow, capacity, and resources for job execution (personnel, materials, tools, machinery)

  • Quality control of installation work

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the installation of ventilated facades or construction sheet metal work
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Technical education at the secondary level
  • Driving license (Category B)
  • Knowledge of the German language (for work in Germany)

Production Operator

Job description:

  • Work in the production facility
  • Processing sheets, cutting, bending, assembling, up to the final product completion
  • Packaging elements for delivery, assisting with loading and unloading goods

  • Cleaning the work area of machines

Job responsibilities:

  • Presenting the company’s products to designers, installers, architects, and partners
  • Maintaining relationships with all partners
  • Performing operational tasks: creating offers, invoices, reports, monitoring order processing, resolving complaints, and other field activities
  • Organizing events in the Croatian market (exhibitions, seminars, factory visits, etc.)

Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales development
  • Technical background is desirable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • B category driver’s license
